Survey of Change Management in Public Organisation Sector

Abstract


This paper presents a management review for the public sector, the strategic change process and the process of managing change. It then explores the practical relevance and scientific rigor that shape the direction research takes and the modes of change management. It also maps the differences between public and private firms that affect the change management before finalising with an assessment of the various contexts of nations and the cultural factors that define the sector of a public organisation in the USA, UAE, and the UK.
