Author Guidelines
Paper Format
- For author convenience, the International Journal of Science and Applied Technology has summarized the guidelines in the Author Guidelines document how a paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc.
- The submitted papers must be camera-ready, short or long paper, and formatted according to the International Journal of Science and Applied Technology Template [Doc, Microsoft Word file format].
CONFERENCE PAPER
In order to maintain a high standard of publication, a conference paper can be submitted to the International Journal of Science and Applied Technology after the followings:
- Substantially extended manuscripts with additional original computational materials or simulation results.
- Please note that addition of examples, introductory, or review materials will not be considered for submission.
- The overlap between the paper submitted for publication in International Journal of Science and Applied Technology and the paper published in the conference proceedings should not be more than 50%.
- The paper must contain a statement fully acknowledging the original conference paper.
Article Processing Charge
The International Journal of Science and Applied Technology is an Open Access journal accessible for free on the Internet. The International Journal of Science and Applied Technology contents are free downloaded for authors, researchers, academicians, postgraduate students and visitors. In order to cover the costs induced by editorial procedures, routine operation of the journals, processing of manuscripts through peer-reviews, and the provision and maintenance of a publication infrastructure, the journal charges article processing fee that can normally be defrayed by the author's institution or research funds.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The paper has met the writing guidelines
- The paper is original and unpublished or under review by other journal
Copyright Notice
If the reviewed manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author will receive a detailed guide and a checklist for final manuscript submission requirements. Each author will be asked to sign a copyright form. The return of the signed form completes the acceptance process. Please note that the manuscript will not be published without the signed copyright form.

Author Fees
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Publication: 50.00 (USD)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
